Avengers X
Avengers runs a team of door-to-door setters. Their incentive program lived in a wishlist spreadsheet and the owner's head: who earned what, which prize they were working toward, and whether a reward had been promised. They wanted an app the whole team would actually open.
What every setter carries in their pocket
An installable app in the team's black and gold. Swipe through the screens. All names and numbers are demo data.

Run the whole program from one screen
Overview
Every setter's standing in each running competition, at a glance.
Add points
Pick the setter, competition and day, then type their activity. The button shows exactly what they'll earn before anything is saved.
Approved instantly
Points land on the setter's phone the moment they're added, and every entry is kept in an append-only ledger.
Competitions
Points races and unlock-reward competitions, several at once, each with its own dates and setters.
Point values
Change what any activity is worth. New rates apply going forward and never rewrite points already earned.
The Challenge
Sales incentives only work when people trust the numbers. Points had to be exact, rewards had to stay promised once earned, and changing a rule mid-month could never quietly rewrite what someone had already won. The owner also wanted to run more than one contest at a time: a monthly points race alongside a quarterly "close X deals, unlock X" blitz, plus personal quarterly goals for each rep.
The Solution
We built Avengers X: a Next.js app on Supabase with two sides. The owner's portal handles everything: typing in a setter's activity for the day (the button shows exactly how many points it earns before saving), creating points races or unlock-reward competitions, editing what each activity is worth, approving each rep's quarterly goals, and adding team members with temporary passwords.
Setters get an installable, phone-first app in the team's black and gold: a progress ring showing how close they are to the next reward, a leaderboard for points races, prize tiers mapped to the team's real wishlist, and a private "Climb" for their quarterly goals with a countdown to the end of the quarter.
Underneath, every point lives in an append-only ledger in Postgres with row-level security. Rates are versioned, so a change applies going forward and never touches points already earned. Each change is written to an audit log. The scoring rules, permissions and edge cases are covered by more than 200 automated tests, and the app went through independent security reviews before handover.
The Results
The Avengers owner now runs every competition from one portal, and each setter sees their own standing the moment points are entered, with no spreadsheet and no guessing.
