Automyte Ops
The software we run our own business on. Every enquiry from our website and every conversation with our site assistant lands in an app on our phones within seconds, and the client sites we host are checked for problems every 5 minutes.

The Challenge
A small company lives or dies on how fast it answers. Enquiries arrived by email, chat conversations vanished when a visitor closed the tab, and the only way to know a client's site was down was for the client to notice first.
We wanted one place, on the phone we already carry, that answers two questions at a glance: has anyone got in touch, and is anything broken?
The Solution
We built Automyte Ops: an app installed on the phone's home screen, with an email and password sign-in and no app store involved. The website's forms and assistant save every enquiry to our database, and each new lead or new conversation sends a push notification within seconds.
A scheduled monitor checks every client site we host every 5 minutes. It alerts only when a site changes state, not on every check, so an outage buzzes once instead of all day. A site that hasn't reported in for a day shows as stale, never as healthy. For booking sites, the monitor runs the same availability check the booking page uses, because a page that loads can still have broken booking.
What it does for us
It is the system behind two promises we make to clients: we reply quickly, and when we host your site, we keep an eye on it. The same approach (your data, your alerts, the checks that matter to your business) is what we build for clients who need a portal or an internal tool.
